Recruiting!

Please can I enforce the rule of 40+!

If you want to recruit someone under that level, please consult the officers first, if its a RL friend then we might consider allowing them in, but this will not always be the case, so please ask first. Anyone over 40 is fine but remember
Ask the officers if you are unsure
(this can apply to just about anything regarding the guild)

Here i'm going to explain some rules of our guild, i'm still working on it and you can message me if u want to add or change anything...or if you got any questions

The guild rules:

Promotion rules:
1. To be promoted to member you have to whisper an elite or above your proffessions or you will be asked for it. The elite will place your proffs in the guild note and you will be promoted to member.

2. The veterans, elites and the guild master decide together who will become veteran or elite. You become veteran by being: helpfull, nice, long in the guild...also other things are hanging here to become veteran.

3. Dont ask to be veteran, elite and certainly not guild master promotions! We decide together if you are good enough to be one, people who ask have a low chance of becomming one. Also dont try to hard to be promoted by butt kissing the veterans and higher, this wont help!

General rules:
1. Be nice, you can make jokes but only make fun of a person when he knows it's a joke him/her self. Don't laugh at people, dont be a rasict and dont swear!

2. Dont fight in the guild chat, you can private message the other ones to handle it.

3. We don't like ninja looters! If you ninja a item on a guild instance or raid, there is a high chance you will be kicked!

4. Dont try to make profit in our guild. Ofcourse you can sell items you found or from your proffession but do this for a guildy price!

5. We are not in the guild to boost or help all day, ofcourse we try to help as much as possible. But when someone doesn't have time or is busy try to accept it and find an booster out of the guild or try to form a group.

6. You will be kicked after one month not being online. If you have reasons to not be online, try to ask a elite or above to make a note of it!

7. Our guild is lvl 40+ and that means you dont invite people under lvl 40. If that someone is almost level 40 then wait and invite him when he is!

Guild bank rules:

1. Explaining of the guild tabs:
Tab 1: This tab can be used from member to guild master. Don't try to store any expensive items here, for member promotin can be made fast. Some usefull items would be: Plans/patterns, leather, bags, low proffession stuff, STV pages ect.

Tab 2: This tab can be used by veteran and higher. The enchanting mats in this tab are from Lightho (elite) and Nihilo (guild master) as personal bank space, one or both should be asked before taking any mats out, or ask Shinbou the GB master for it! This tab is also for motes, essence, decks and primals. Here are also the Tabarts!

Tab 3: For the time being all cloth, crystals, ores and herbalism/alchemy mats are held here.

Tab 4: This is the disenchant tab, any green/blue items that is disenchantable will be removed from any tab and placed in tab 4. Here disenchanters can disenchant the stuff and store the mats in the GB or keep them and pay the GB. This tab is also be used as potions, and stuff that doesnt fit in any above tabs.

2. The guild bank is generally for storing items you don't need anymore and could be usefull for the guild! So dont store any grey items and food or drinks for example!

3. If you want any thing in tab 2,3 and 4 ask Shinbou the GB master or when shes not avaible or isnt in charge, ask it in the guild chat. It depense on the items you take out and how many there are or how many you take, but generally all taken out stuff must be paid! If you dont know the payment, ask the guild!

4. If you want a personal Guild bank space, this is to be asked!

5. The guild can also be used to trade items around guildy's, this is mostly done by veterans and above in tab 2,3 and 4. This is not recommended to do in tab 1 by members, if your item is gone this will be your personal fault.

6. Take a close look at the guild message of today! Here will be said when the bank will be cleaned up, this happens when we got stuff in the bank for a long time and isnt used. And also when the bank is a big mess. You have mostly a week to take out your personal stuff you stored, before it will be sold. All the gold from the sellings of GB will be put in GB.

7. Most of the time the tabs will be sorted out by Shinbou, this means putting stuff on the right tabs when this was done accidenly or by not knowing.

8. All the gold in the bank will be used on events and maby in the future a new bank tab!
